ALWAYS accused of stealing from sibling?

Okay, so my younger sister has a bit of an attitude and small brain and I'm a bit of a pushover but I don't steal or lie. When she loses her belongings, she automatically assumes i've stolen it from her. So with convincing herself that i've taken it from her room, she makes nasty comments and makes me feel like i've actually have done something wrong. I stand my ground and tell her she should look harder instead of accusing me everytime.This happeneds almost everyother day, and leads to fights. She's a bit of a sour person and a bully and gets me stressed out trying to defend myself and then she walks away smug about it and makes comments when i walk away. When I'm not home, she goes into my room and takes things from me (thinking ive done the same thing to her) and when iI'm trying to find these specific things (and confront her, and she plays dumb at first, but then after 10 minutes of going mad trying to find my stuff, i ask her again and she goes "oh, you mean this?" and hands it over nonchalantly. THIS DRIVES ME CRAZY. How can i possibly asses my stress levels when i am constantly being wrongfully accused of theft and then being a victim of theft by the accuser?? I'm sure this happens all the time with siblings (sisters mostly) but I'm having trouble keeping my cool trying to be the mature person in this without losing my sanity. Any advice? My poop is reddish please help me.!?

Wrongfully Accused for "Theft"?

I have always done my groceries at publix, since I was a little girl. Last week, I went into publix and did my groceries as usual. She asked me to follow her and the manager into the manager's office. They sit me down and ask me if I forgot to pay for something, and I was really confused and answered NO. Then they started looking through my purse, and asked me about my daughter's Flinststone's vitamins and I told them they were mine. Then they pulled out (what I thought was) my allergy medicine and I said that it was mine until I was that it had never been opened! Then I thought to myself "oh crap." The problem is that I always carry my allergy medicine in my purse and I always put the small items by my purse in the front of the shopping cart. Big mistake because I must have pushed them in thinking they were mine! I would never do shoplift, my husband is a cop for goodness sake! I was so embarrassed because everyone was watching, and the staff was extremely rude to me. I JUST spent $150 on groceries, why would I steal a $5 allergy medicine?? So they sat me down and I signed some paperwork. The cops were NOT called thank god. They said the worst case scenario is that I have to pay $250. We don't HAVE $250 to spare! They said I would be receiving a letter from corporate, to call and let them know what happened. What happens now?? What are the laws in Florida, and how does it work? How do I show them it was an honest mistake?

I think i have bowel or colon cancer because i have been having a really hard time going to the bathroom lately. I have been like this since nov, i started with constipation every now and then and then as the months went by it started hurting more and more to go to the restroom, i bleed bright red blood from my anus and i find it in my stool. The last 1 month have been the worst, i have had excruciating pain when i go to the restroom, i don't go to the restroom for approximately 4 to 5 days :/ which is horrible :( last friday i drank a magnesium citrate bottle and it helped me for the day, although my stool came out as diarrhea it still hurt and burned like hell!! on sunday i found a hemorrhoid and i have been putting preparation H. Since sunday i have been drinking Metamucil 2 times a day. since sat the only day i went to the restroom was on wednesday, only because i did an enema wash but even that didn't help, my stool didn't come out the way it was suppose too. I have lost a big amount of weight the past week and my appetite has dramatically reduced, my stomach always just feels uncomfortable, and is always hurting. This includes drinking lots of water and eating very healthy each day, especially eating a lot of fruits. :/ im really worried and i know i have to get it check out, but my parents don'tt always take it too seriously, it just worries me the most because im only 16 ;( so yeah i have tried everythingg from laxatives, to washes, stool softenersrs everyday, to fiber cereals and now the fiber drink but nothing is working, i really cant handel the pain anymore i cry every time. whats your guys opinion? please and thank you:)

Problem with wild rabbit destroying stuff?

So this might sound confusing but I have a garden in my yard, and it's basically a big square box on top of the ground filled in with dirt. It's about a foot tall (or deep) so anyways the last 2 days I have woke up to holes dug in the garden and some produce has been destroyed!! This morning I seen a huge rabbit sitting by the garden, and a big hole dug in the garden again..... Then I seen it dug a hole underneath the garden and stuffed the entrance with dead grass?? How can I get rid of this rabbit?? I live in city limits and cannot shoot it, it won't go in the live trap, animal control will do nothing?? What are my options? My mom thinks she might be starting to go through menopause, and has been in a bad mood all the time lately. I bring up one little thing like how my arms are sore from the sunburn I got at the beach the other day, and she starts yelling at me and saying how she can't do anything like that "Not horse back riding, swimming, nothing" because if she does she might have to miss work for weeks because of how sore she'll be. My uncle lives in an expensive neighborhood. The only people you see on his neighborhood is the people that live there, nobody else passes by. I was looking at my boyfriend's chat messages on Facebook when I found something that really upset me. First of all, let me preface this by saying I know it was wrong to snoop, and that I have problems with insecurity, although that is no excuse for what I did and it was an invasion of his privacy. But I was looking at some chat messages from about a week or 2 ago (he archives all his chats) with some girl that he used to go to the same high school with. It started off with typical "hey, how ya doing" but then she said "hey, you're pretty cute" and then something like "I'm gonna keep talking with my friend onn the phone, but we can video chat without sound and IM". She kept calling him cute, enough to worry me. My boyfriend did include one message that had a smiley face and a love heart, but he never said anything along the lines of "you're cute" back to her, although he did ask once "who's cute?" and im not sure if he honestly didnt know what she was talking about or just wanted to hear her say it. The conversation never got dirty or anything, or anything like "i like you" or whatever, but they were talking a lot about going on skype and at a later date he asked if her could text her. I don't now what happened when they got on skype. But what I did see on the chat really upset me. I don't know if i'm overreacting, or if this is a serious issue. I feel like i do need to confront him, because I just dint think i can feel comfortable kissing him with this doubt in my mind adn I dont want to be played the fool. I was recently terminated from a company ( big service company). my job was to assist a lead technician. Abnormal bowel movements, colon cancer?????!!!!!?

Ok so for the past 4-5 months i have been having abnormal bowel movements, and when i say abnormal i mean this is coming from a guy who could time when a bowel movement was coming and it was always a helthy amonunt and twice a day!.... but i had changed ALOT of habbits from different jobs, stress of moving alot, finacial things, not eating the way i used to. now i have had periods of constipation, very small stools, lately small stools, after small bowel movement, i still feel unsatisfied, i dont eat healthy anymore, but for the past week ive been trying other things like salads and high fiber breakfast, i only eat twice a day, morning and when i get home from work at 11 pm. i know i dont have healthy meals at all usually what ever im grabing out of the fridge i see, for instance, a can of diced pinapples, make a pbj sandwhich with a high fiber bread and a yogurt.... i know i know...and in the mornins is waffles (2 of them) or just oatmeal, or pb sandwhich... i also work in a bakery/deli/prep food area like a publix. so i nibble here and there on things, sweets, onion rings, cookie. Iam 21, 6'2'' and 220, over the past 2 months i have gain 10-15 pounds.... i also always feel like something is bloking my rectum, i have examined my self (it sucks! dont do it unless you have too) i didnt "feel" any blockage, very smooth, no pain when i was examining around the rectum area, but why am i feeling this way? i checked colon cancer syptoms and i feel like i dont have much in common with the syptoms but just a few things. i get bloated sometimes some sharp pains just below the center of my rib cage, i also have stopped working out as well, ive tried to put more fluids back into my diet, but 4-5 months man? i hope i dont have anything serious to worrie about, if i do i have no health insurance, yet, iam waiting on my 90 day to get it through my work, and dont even make enough to cover all the bills, if it wasnt for the help of my gf. but shes not thinking anything of my syptoms,, and thats another thing, she eats the same way i do and shes fine!?!!? i dont get it,,, please help!

My dog (Jack Russell mix, 1 1/2 years old) started vomitting on Wed. It was only once a day (in the afternoon) and he was still eating and eliminating normally. After the third day of the vomit, we saw our vet. An x-ray revealed that he had eaten something that he couldn't digest. Luckily, it had moved from the stomach into the colon. The vet expected him to pass the object within a day or so (this was on Saturday morning). Since I gave him plenty of fluids, his feces over the weekend were runny. Monday morning he had a very solid, bigger than usual poop but I didn't notice anything in it. Should I still be expecting something to pass? Will it be noticeable in the feces? I was looking at my boyfriend's chat messages on Facebook when I found something that really upset me. First of all, let me preface this by saying I know it was wrong to snoop, and that I have problems with insecurity, although that is no excuse for what I did and it was an invasion of his privacy. But I was looking at some chat messages from about a week or 2 ago (he archives all his chats) with some girl that he used to go to the same high school with. It started off with typical "hey, how ya doing" but then she said "hey, you're pretty cute" and then something like "I'm gonna keep talking with my friend onn the phone, but we can video chat without sound and IM". My boyfriend did include one message that had a smiley face and a love heart, but he never said anything along the lines of "you're cute" back to her. The conversation never got dirty or anything, or anything like "i like you" or whatever, but they were talking a lot about going on skype and at a later date he asked if her could text her. I don't now what happened when they got on skype. But what I did see on the chat really upset me. I don't know if i'm overreacting, or if this is a serious issue. I feel like i do need to confront him, because I just dint think i can feel comfortable kissing him with this doubt in my mind adn I dont want to be played the fool. So, what should i do, and how should i also deal with the fact that i got this info by snooping wrongfully?

Former landlord giving negative reference--what can I do?

I lived at a house for about 8 years and was basically a model tenant. When I moved out, the landlord wrongfully withheld my security deposit. I had caused NO damage to the house. I was working for a bank for approximately a year and a half. I transferred to a new location and had problems adjusting, so I went to see my doctor and they recommended a leave of absence due to stress. While going through counseling my doctor suggested I see if I was able to return to m previous location. When I returned to work I spoke with HR and my manager and they both agreed I would be able to return if my previous manager was okay with it. I interviewed with the previous manager and she said yes. HR contacted me and said there we new bank regulations (S.A.F.E. Act) and I would have to do another background check and I agreed. About two weeks passed. I went to work Monday morning and my Manager called me into the office. She said my background check came back and she had bad news for me. I received a misdemeanor in 2004 for possession of a fake i.d. (i was using to buy, beer, go to clubs etc) when I was 20. She said that they would be terminating because of the charge. I explained to her that I had been honest about the criminal record when I applied for the job and that is was seven years old. I did some research on the S.A.F.E. Act and it states: If the applicant has ever been convicted of a felony involving an act of fraud, dishonesty, breach of trust, or money laundering, or convicted of any felony in the seven year period before filing an application for an endorsement. I have never been convicted of a felony and that is the only criminal charge I have on my record. People told me to be careful when I return to work, that my employer would find any reason to terminate me because of the LOA. I think I was wrongfully terminated. I was thinking about getting a lawyer. Any thoughts or similar situations? Thanks!

I was sitting on the balcony. The neighbors were in there garden, mother daughter (15) and son (11 i think). The girl was jumping from a small terrace with an old bike and the boy was going on about him wanting to jump too. After a while the mom got tired of her sons nagging and said that he could try to jump, but that he shouldn't complain when he hurt himself. Both the girl AND the mom were laughing. The mom said "told you the bike was to big! See what happens when you don't listen to mommy". They just laughed at him as he was moaning and shaking from pain. I couldn't watch so I went inside. When my mom came home I told her about it and she laughed and said it was a funny story. I then asked if she didn't think it was strange that his mom laughed and if she would laugh if I got hit between the legs. I am 20 years old and live in salt lake city Utah, I was hired at sears as a cashier on 2/23/2011. I easily got the hang out things and did really well. My numbers were all good and I'd only been late one time. I was at 120% with my credit card applications (you are required to get 1 credit card app for ever $500 in sells) so meaning I was up a good number of applications. I had amazing customer service reviews. (we had a tv down stairs showing servey's that people filed out about how their experience was) and I was doing really really well and no negative reviews. So as I said my numbers for protection plans, credit apps, and customer reviews were good, I'd only been late once. But on Saturday 4/30/2011 I was called down to meet with my manager and he fired me because "I wasn't enthusiastic enough about customer service" as I left I spoke with the lead cashier and her supervisior about what'd happened and they couldn't believe it because they both said I was one of, if not the best cashier, they had. I wanted to know if there is a way to appeal this choice made by the store manager. My proformance speaks for itself. And I never received any warning about needing to work harder with customers or moved to another department (I've seen two people moved to other departments if they didn't work well with customers) I feel as if I was wrongfully fired since I was never even offered these options that others received. I need advice on this situation. Please dont lecture me, I'm asking for help, not someone telling me I did things wrong.

I have a relative who was declared dead in error. It's a long story, but he was in an accident and suffered some memory loss. We discovered that he is a alive and he found his way back to us. The problem is that a death certificate was issued and his property and assets were distributed by the probate court. He is insisting that all his property be returned to him as he wants to resume his life. How can we go about reversing the probate order and recollecting his property? Secondly, the i think not phrase sounds corny. Take it out. The next sentence is great except you need to remove the double -, you only need one. Lastly, the last sentence should read... and using the good education I have received...in order to have the verb use agree with the other two ing verb endings.

I have always done my groceries at publix, since I was a little girl. Last week, I went into publix and did my groceries as usual. Big mistake because I must have pushed them in thinking they were mine! I would never do shoplift, my husband is a cop for goodness sake! I was so embarrassed because everyone was watching, and the staff was extremely rude to me. I JUST spent $150 on groceries, why would I steal a $5 allergy medicine?? So they sat me down and I signed some paperwork. The cops were NOT called thank god. They said the worst case scenario is that I have to pay $250. We don't HAVE $250 to spare! They said I would be receiving a letter from corporate, to call and let them know what happened. What happens now?? What are the laws in Florida, and how does it work? Is that $250 fine FINAL or can it possibly be dropped by the Publix Corp?

My uncle lives in an expensive neighborhood. The only people you see on his neighborhood is the people that live there, nobody else passes by. It's also waterfront property about half a mile from the nearest stores area. Yesterday there was this homeless guy just walking by the neighborhood and doing nothing illegal, just walking by the mansions outside their property. The neighborhood is not private with any security gates in order to get into it.The neighorhood cops watch car just happened to be driving by and the homeless man gets arrested just for walking in that neigbhorhood and 2 cops tackle him to the ground as soon as they get out of the car he gets put in the car and driven away. Should i be worried about Colon cancer at 23?

I'm 23 and in good health, i actually had a physical last week and the doctor said i was healthy. On saturday i started feeling pain in my side and stomach. Its has lasted 4 days, so I went to the doctor. I told him my symptoms and he said it was IBS. I stressed to him i had lost 6-8 pounds in 4 days, but he said it wasn't colon cancer due to my age, my health, and that no one in my family has had colon cancer. Well I ride my bike every day for a half hour or longer. I'm outside on the garden pulling weeds everyday, and well I'm just outside a lot. Preparing the soil and garden for planting?

I moved into a new house last winter and was delighted to hear it had a huge garden in the backyard. Unfortunately, once the snow melted I was disappointed to find it in awful shape. I have fixed the stones around the edges and removed all the garbage and such but once it got the slightest bit warm it exploded with weeds of every sort. I have almost gotten rid of all the weeds to find that they're is a huge ant problem and the soil isn't very good qaulity anymore. Will mixing in some compost make the soil better?And whats a pesticide free way to get rid of the ants? I'm planning to plant all vegetables so I don't want to use any dangerous chemicals. I am a single dad bringing up a 7 year old Adam. My wife left us last month but we are making the most out of a terrible situation. I was sitting on the balcony. The neighbors were in there garden, mother daughter (15) and son (11 i think). in Huntingdon county, I only found out of the suspension because I was pulled over 2 months after the violation. I swerved to avoid a rodent (groundhog?) in the road. No one saw this happen and I ended up totaling my car. The state police wrote me 3 violations after I was transported to the hospital with a broken neck and concussion. Wreckless driving, careless driving and driving w/o a seat belt. I appealed the wreckless driving charge and won. The driving with a suspended license I thought would be overturned with the wreck less driving taken off but the judge said I didn't provide him with enough evidence. I gave him the court order (showing I was guilty of careless driving, and no seat belt) and showed my license was reinstated. Now I have to prove that Penn Dot did not send me a notice of suspension or I did not receive it. One lawyer said that will be tough. Do I spend the little money I have to fight it and possibly lose, or just call it a life? If I am unable to drive I can't work, can't pay child support, will be kicked out of the apartment. I am in a town of 3,000 people so there are no cabs and I work 90 minutes away. I don't think I qualify for a work only DL because I made some mistakes 8 years ago that were all my fault, I have had no violations since 2003, except the 2 issued from the accident. Seem like Pa goes after people who do thing the right way and people who don't get to live free with no punishment. Why can't my wife support my decisions at all?

I know it's long, but please consider answering. I would be so grateful. We've been together a few years and had our ups and downs. Sometimes she's great and I love her very much. I got out of school and am in the process of finding work. We had some problems last year that involved her flirting with various men, especially with a man at her work. She tore me down when I found out (she was apologetic at first but it didn't last), flirting more at random (delivery guys, repair men, etc.) and insulting me with jokes about my manhood. She eventually showed too much of herself to the young guy down the street (19 or 20 yrs old) and he came over while she was gardening at the side of the house in less than enough clothes. She sat and chatted with him about sports and his soccer team while I fumed inside. We talked about her actions many times and she eventually said it was because she felt I hadn't given her the lifestyle she expected when we met. She expected a big house and three kids by now (she turned 30 recently). But those times when I have worked hard at my part time job during school or spent hours studying, she complained she felt neglected. Lately, I was depressed and lacked motivation and graduation was not good. I thought she might leave at any time. On the job front, many of my classmates have had trouble finding work, but recently I felt really invigorated and motivated. I went downstairs today and basically told my wife that "I'm going to get out there and show these people they can't hold me back." I felt great for the first time in weeks. She immediately turned on me, told me I'm being a jerk and that my only goal should be to be nice to others. I felt like for once, after everything that happened, she could have been happy I had my drive back. She's told me plenty of times to get out there and do what you need. Now when I've been fired up, she says I'm a jerk. When she was looking for her job last month, she was offered a lousy position at a school in a bad part of town, which treated the kids like fools. My wife said she wanted to teach kids to achieve in life, and so held out for another job though she did not know if she would get one. She did, and I supported her in all this. But I'm in Catch-22 with her all the time. At lunch yesterday she said her grandfather had eaten her food (he lives with us). I said I would ask him not to eat her food from the fridge, she said that I was being rude and should respect her grandfather. Today at lunch, same complaint, he had eaten her food again. I said nothing, and so she got angry at me saying I should solve the problem. What was I supposed to do? It bothers me that any answer I have is the wrong answer, whether little issues or big ones. It bothers me that because I don't give her everything she wants she treats me like crap. We have all the basics, she wants extras. Why can't she support me when I need it? Why is everything I do wrong?

Should I settle for a Plea in Abeyance for a wrongfully accused retail theft (in the state of Utah)?

So about a month ago I was shopping with my sister in a supermarket (WAL MART) in Utah. As we were shopping for groceries and other items we stopped to look at soap. After looking at many different kinds of soap I had a brain fart and put the soap inside the front pocket of my sweatshirt. We purchased our items spending a total of $42.10. As we left the store we were stopped outside by the manager asking if I had anything I forgot to pay for. I told him no and showed him the bags, then he pointed to my pocket and a complete shock to my sister and I was the bar of soap. We apologized and laughed a little bit then he asked us to come inside. Instead of paying for the soap which was $1.07 he told us to come to the back were a lady told us to sit down. She said she had been following us on camera the entire time and had me stealing a bar of soap on video. She commanded me to sign some type of paper and said she has called the police. I refused to sign anything and waited for the cops to come. They gave me a ticket for a mistermeaner B retail theft. The cops seemed to believe me a little more than the super market employees. We have a family friend that is a very high profile defense lawyer. My worry is that this is too small of a case because when I talked to him he keep mentioning a plea in abeyance. Although he keep telling me not to worry about anything I have been. I have a clean record and am currently in my second year of grad school getting ready to apply to med school. I don't want any of this on my record. Even though I unintentionally stole something am I still responsible for a crime of retail theft? Also if I took a polygraph test could I somehow use this to prove my innocence? Should I tell the lawyer that I don't won't settle for a plea in abeyance or should I be grateful for this? I understand that it probably does look like I stole it on video but do people really steal a dollar item and then spend 40? Weird Left Sided Pain?

Hello Everyone, I know this site is not a place for advice but I am beyond frustrated. It all started with mild rectal bleeding every now and then (off and on 10 yrs), indigestion symptoms, fatigue, tachycardia, (fast heart rate) passing gas and now pain on the left side of my stomach and side (rib cage area). I went to the dr who said all labs are normal. I had a digital rectal exam, and an anascopy all which were negative. I also had a colonoscopy 10 yrs ago when the bleeding first began that too was negative. I am so petrified that I may have colon cancer. I have heard so many stories about mis diagnosis and it's driving me crazy. I am 40yrs old and never had any health problems. I did have a full cardiac workup due to the tachycardia and no underlying cause was found they just gave me propranolol to take once a day to slow my heart rate. I am going back to the dr. next week and I am going to insist he refer me to a gastro dr. If anyone has any advice or knowledge please don't hesitate to reply. Thank You.

Help with Sims 3 glitches ?

I've had this game ever since it came out and it's been fine but the other day I downloaded a new hairstyle from the sims 3 official website with the free 'sim points' I got for purchasing the game. Yesterday was the first time I used that hairstyle in the game and in a couple hours of playing time it started to glitch up, one of my sims (The one with the new hairstyle) had their head disappear! I thought ok this will clear up if I give her an action to do such as making her take a bath but no, she still had no head AND she was doing everything in martial arts clothing, bathing, sleeping in them ect. I started playing thismorning again and now theres another problem, both of my sims can't sleep, I task them to sleep but once they get into bed they then sort of jump out and appear at a random spot, the kitchen, garden ect. I have no idea what to do and it's getting really frustrating. I've heard that these downloads can make games glitchy if you download too much (I however have only downloaded 2 things.) but surely from the sims 3 website it should have been ok ? Will White People please open up their eyes?

I am not racist but I do think that there are alot of naive white folks who need to understand that the law was built to support them and not minorities. If you ever go to a white part of town you will see billboards for education and retirement and when you go into the minority part of town you will see billboards for alcohol and bailbonds. More minorities are executed than whites, more minorities are in prison serving harsher sentences because they cant afford good lawyers. It really aggravates me that alot of white people do not look past there own identity to see whats really going on around them when it comes to other minorites. I would just love to see you step into our shoes for a week to see how crappy the system is. Getting pulled over for no reason, getting wrongfully searched. Most white peoplle want harsher prison sentences when they dont realize that minorities commit crimes because of lack of resources since nobody is willing to hire them especially if you have a criminal record. Even something as silly as a dwi misdemeanor will hold you back from a job because people always think that if a minority has any kind of criminal record he must be a thug. The guy with the misdemeanor can't find work because nobody wants to give him a second chance and so he commits crimes to stay alive. Which do you people want lesser crime or more people employed?

I'm not trying to be some sort of a hypocrite, I'm fascinated by serial killers as well, but it isn't like I glorify any of them. They're indeed fascinating, but their actions were truly sickening, yet there's some much paraphernalia involving them. Well the problem is that it's not about actually doing it all the time. By your logic, if someone threatened to murder you, but didn't do it, there would be no need to punish them? Now you have to understand that they are trying to run a company. And they don't want it full of other people trying to make an easy and quick buck through cheap and quite frankly stupid methods (not to mention illegal) like you (no offense really). Permanently banned though it is a bit extreme, is the punishment people get for doing things like that that can ruin Xbox Live.

Soaking seeds over night is usually just to make them germinate faster. Some larger, very hard seeds can benefit from scoring the seed coat as well.

It was surrounded by about 20 other snails. One of them was actually touching it. I think the snail I stood on is dead but what are all these other snails up to? First of all unless they are huge nob heads they won't laugh. When i was learning people came over to sort of help. I used to hold on to my Friends back to get the balance they i went for the skating motion after wards. You could try the kitchen or living room if it's a hard floor or, try the road or pavement. (where i live the street isn't busy at all) If you want to go to a track but are afraidpeoplel will laugh they most probably won't laugh because they were in your position once. If they do, punch them in the face :L Also try and attend like an indoor arena, when i used to go every friday, there was someone new and inexperienced every day. They even do classes. It's just like riding a bike, once you practice enough, you'll get it :D

Do i have colon cancer?

Ok, this is a serious question. I was just reading an article that talks about urinating and defecating blood. Im only 15 but every few weeks or couple months i would get like traces of blood in my crap (never in my pee though) and when i would wipe i would also get little traces of blood too. In the article it said something about stools of blood or blood when wiping could be colon cancer, i mean it doesnt happen often but is this really colon cancer or was it just so much crap that it tore my anus on the way out??

ok so i was wrongfully accused for assaulting someone at the bar. tried going to JAG but they told me i couldn't do anything until it goes to UCMJ because ultimately they are the ones who will punish me, and i was wondering if i were to be charged what type of punishment am i looking at? also this would be first time i ever have any incident or get charged for anything will that play any part in it? also this happened in germany with german civilian so german police automatically charged me without questioning me but chain of command said they will go through report so want most likely outcome also im an e-3 was supposed to be getting my e-4 which i know is gone now

Question About Obama's Health Care Bill?

From what I am hearing, Obama wants to "approve" elderly people in need of chemotherapy for their cancer before they receive any medical attention. If that's true, that is total BULLSHIT. I'm not all into politics because I'm in high school, but that really pisses me off (if it's true.) So is this true or not? Can someone explain to me what he is trying to do? My grandfather passed away last June of colon cancer & he was covered by the insurance the military provided him with (retired navy). But I always felt like they never tried hard to save him.

Who thinks the present DLA be left alone and let people be entitled to it who are genuine and do you think its a good idea to have a medical examination as well for the new payment which is going to be introduced in a couple of years? Hello Everyone, I know this site is not a place for advice but I am beyond frustrated. It all started with mild rectal bleeding every now and then (off and on 10 yrs), indigestion symptoms, fatigue, tachycardia, (fast heart rate) passing gas and now pain on the left side of my stomach and side (rib cage area). I went to the dr who said all labs are normal. I had a digital rectal exam, and an anascopy all which were negative. I also had a colonoscopy 10 yrs ago when the bleeding first began that too was negative. I am so petrified that I may have colon cancer. I have heard so many stories about mis diagnosis and it's driving me crazy. I am 40yrs old and never had any health problems. I did have a full cardiac workup due to the tachycardia and no underlying cause was found they just gave me propranolol to take once a day to slow my heart rate. I am going back to the dr. next week and I am going to insist he refer me to a gastro dr. If anyone has any advice or knowledge please don't hesitate to reply. Thank You.

Okay so I stabbed a kid at school with a PLASTIC FORK and it didn't even puncture his skin, but he cried and told the teacher, well before I stabbed him I told him I hated him and I wanted to kick his *** because him and my girlfriend were flirting and going out behind my back. Then I got expelled and a cop came and charged me with class c assault. Then he (untruthfully) claimed I said I was gonna kill him. So I got charged with Class B terroristic threat and got put in juvi for 2 weeks. Well throughout all this I got my iphone taken away, and so that's like taking my ipod, facebook, games, texting, and calling all away. After being wrongfully put in juvi and sent to AEP for the rest of my seventh grade year I learned my lesson and think I should now get my phone back. If this was your son would you give it back? PS. I'm leaving to my dads house 4 hours away and that phone will be my only way to contact my friends for 2 months.

I was sitting on the balcony. The neighbors were in there garden, mother daughter (15) and son (11 i think). The girl was jumping from a small terrace with an old bike and the boy was going on about him wanting to jump too. Both the mom and girl said that he couldn't because he wasn't big enough (it was a grown mans bike). After a while the mom got tired of her sons nagging and said that he could try to jump, but that he shouldn't complain when he hurt himself. He took the bike made an attempt, but too slow, hit the front wheel hard in the ground and hit his groin hard on the bar. He fell screaming and holding his groin. Both the girl AND the mom were laughing. The mom said "told you the bike was to big! See what happens when you don't listen to mommy". They just laughed at him as he was moaning and shaking from pain. I couldn't watch so I went inside. When my mom came home I told her about it and she laughed and said it was a funny story. I then asked if she didn't think it was strange that his mom laughed and if she would laugh if I got hit between the legs. She said that if I really wanted to know we could easily find out, she just wanted to go and get her camera first! I said no and she just laughed. Are all women like this?

To play disc put in 360 console?

I let my (dishonest, douche) friend (whom I wrongfully trusted) borrow my GTA IV and he returns it to me 6 months later in less than than average condition, its got circle scratches around it, not deep though, just to where it looks like his xbox probably gave it the scratches from playing too much, or as if it were an old used game, but still looks playable... So I bring it home in his Krash Bandikoot computer CD case because he lost my case, and I put it in my 360 and it wants to play it as a DVD on the dashboard. So I hit play and it comes up with the error message on a white screen "To play this disc, put it in an Xbox 360 console." It's not my Xbox that's the problem, it plays all my other games and movies perfectly fine, it's just this single game. I confronted him about it and he told me that it's mine and he didn't scratch it, it was like that originally and he didn't do anything to it (which is major BS because it had not a single scratch on it when I first lent it to him.) So I want to know, did he scratch it and that's the reason why it's not playing, or did he do something to it to where it wouldn't play, like try to overwrite something on to it (if that's even possible) because this game really doesn't look that messed up, just light scratches like I said...

I've had something like this happen before. My doctor said to wait a week and see what happens, and after about a week it got better. I would rec commend seeing a doctor if it doesn't improve within a week. Try eating activia to help regulate your digestive system, and make sure to eat a balanced diet with plenty of fiber and liquids.
