Please someone answer i am freaking out!i have swellon large intestine?

ok i have lump under right rib at the right most side !i went to surgeon and he examined my abdomen and told me that my large intestine is swellon .and he said that it require no treatment .also i have stomach heaviness problem .please tell is there a treatment of swelling of right colon .my doctor is saying it require no treatment but the lump is grown bigger since 2 months please help.
