Unemployment appeal...will i win? any advise??thanks?

I was recently terminated from a company ( big service company). my job was to assist a lead technician. So the lead technician got caught being shady on a job, and we were both fired. the reason i was fired was because i initialed the contract stating the job performed matched what was charged, but unfortunately it turned out that he was cutting a deal. I was not aware of the deal he was cutting on a job, and accidentally signed the contract. overall, it was clear i was his assistant and not the lead tech. after the termination, i filled for unemployment, an investigation took place and now they are stating i have to go to court to get it.. i really feel i was wrongfully terminated, that's a fact. ok so, i accidental signed the contract, got fired without warning...unemployment appeal coming up, any advice??? will i win?
