I got wrongfully terminated, what should I do?

I worked at Safeway in Oregon for almost 2 years. Some bum said I beat him up (assaulted him) outside, I was put on a 3 week suspension (without pay) then fired. The union UFCW Local 555 was no help as they would never call me back and never would answer. WHAT SHOULD I DO?!?
