After being wrongfully arrested,beaten and a police dog set on me twice,?

all charges were dropped .I have now found out they have lost all my belongings,,,very handy,,as im scarred for life an my shoulder was dislocated,,,,i was taken to hospital by the police at the time,,,where do i start to try an get some justice ,,any tips would be fantastic as i have no trust in the police complaints commission ,,ps,,when the dog arrived i was already on the ground in submission as i was innocent,,
