How can I take pictures on a ride?

I am going to Virginia for the week and we plan to go to Busch Gardens for a day. I would like to take a few pictures on the actual rides. I love rollercoasters but I also love staying in my seat so taking pictures on the Griffon or Apollo's Chariot is out of the question. I wanted to take pictures on the 3-D attraction DarKastle, a ride themed on a haunted castle. I looked it up on youtube and it looks really cool. Can I take pictures on these rides that don't move too fast or do any actions like flips, drops etc?
