Dastardly discharge dilemma?

I know the whole deal about your lady parts not smelling like a rose garden. I'm 15 and it just grosses me out. I make sure when I take a shower that I splash water down there and all. I have discharge and it smells yucky but like the normal yuck, it's not a yeast infection. I like wearing thongs but I always have to wear those always thong panty liners with them. This discharge is just so gross and annoying, I want to be able to wear thongs without the little liner things. I have to wear panty liners with my normal underwear too. What can I do about it?
