I feel this pain inside my colon and my lower abdomin. help someone please!?

Have you had a lot of stress lately? Reason I ask is this could be the cause of your problem; however like someone else said I wouldn't wait I would find a gasteraologist and set up an appointment ASAP being as is could be something simple or more serious.
