Laws on Attempt to fraud?

What are the laws for forging a document in a ATTEMPT to fraud? (In my case, fraud was not done but being taken to civil court for an attempt to fraud section 8 and receive money. Note that I am being wrongfully accused behind someone lying on me. I also wanna know how reliable will this person be in court against me? She is lying saying I forged a document and I hope the judge does not go for it.
