Killing a government agent in self defense.?

This is something I thought about back when ICE agents wrongfully raided a mans home for CP a while back, yahoo users might recall this. Are there special laws or something for dealing with the death of gov. cronies by self defense? Better question, if he just happened to be Rambo and he iced the ICE for what they were doing would the "law" be on his side?
