I was wrongfully terminated from my previous employer, what do I say in interviews?

After bringing a valid claim to HR, I was retaliated against and finally wrongfully terminated from my employer. I have a lawsuit and a claim with the Equal Rights Commission going against my former employer, but I don't know what to put in my applications and say in interviews. I have never been fired before, and my work performance was exemplary, but I don't want to tell potential employers that I am suing my last employer, or sound like I think I can do no wrong. What should I put on my applications and say in interviews?
