How you reference your last job when wrongfully terminated?

No, don't leave it off of your applications. They'll still ask you questions like "how come you have this long gap in your employment history?" and you'll have to explain it anyways. Just be honest- employers know that not all bosses are good ones. I was fired wrongfully from my first job out of college, too (I left my boss a note in the middle of the week asking if I could have the following Sunday off and she called me telling me not to bother coming back in if I can't show up for my scheduled shift. I said if it's that big a deal I'll be there and she said to forget it, I'm done... I had NEVER even so much as called in sick before that.) My current employer never asked me about it, but if a future one does, I'll just be honest and explain what happened, no big deal.
