How do I beat local police corruption?

I was wrongfully pepper sprayed by local police. They had no reason to do so and did not warn me that they were going to spray me with the pepper spray. The official police report will be altered in favor of the local police, how do I beat this local police corruption? Is there a way to involve state police officials to beat this corruption? Please help me... I just want the officer who sprayed me to lose his job and the corruption in today's law enforcement to come to an end.
