In a lawsuit with former employer for wrongful termination...HAVE QUESTION!!?

You do not have a choice. You MUST answer this question. Your attorney may object to it, but he will likely lose his objection because it is a valid question regarding mitigation of damages. You MUST provide your attorney with the answer to this question. Do NOT communicate directly with your old employer, ever. Also, you shouldn't be talking about your case to ANYONE who is not your lawyer.
