Does your body absorb waste when you starve yourself?

I heard when you starve yourself, your body goes to whatever is left in your colon for fuel first; undigested meat, waste, etc..... Will that make someone sick? Will that help clean you out? Im at my last resort. With all the methods I've tried, nothing worked. I even tried getting rid of waste manually. Still nothing.
