Where do i go from here ? wrongfully accused of a felony charge?

how serious is felony criminal mischief 3rd ? i did not commit the crime, but the person saying i did has hated me for a long time. i had 3 other people there with me at the time of the crime, but the person saying i did it only listed 3 people there instead of 4 on his report. he also said i admitted to the crime on his deposition, but i didnt even talk to the kid. i am 22 years old, and i feel like if i get convicted of this it will ruin my life. i am currently in college trying to be a doctor, and i just really dont know what to do at this point. i had my first court appearance yesterday and plead not guilty. now they are saying i have to go to superior court in front of a jury, and i have no one to back me up. i was pretty much set up. where do i go from here ? any help at all would be amazing. i live in upstate new york.
