Should Patti Labelle and son Zuri Edwards be tried in court for felony assault and/or HATE CRIME?

Patti Labelle ordered her son Zuri Edwards (one of her henchmen) and 2 other Dark Americans to wrongfully beat down a West Point Cadet. It is certain that no matter how many black people comment here that the cadet was intoxicated, that the attack was completely unprovoked and unnecessary as the video evidence will prove. The cadet suffered a severe concussion that ended his college football career as well as his military career as an officer. Houston P.D. reported to the desk clerk at West Point that Cadet Richard King was a suspect in an assault case in which he was intoxicated. NO TOXICOLOGY WAS PERFORMED, NOR WAS THERE A FORMAL INVESTIGATION! In fact the Houston Police Department decided to show up and take glamour shots with the washed-up, has-been diva while practically standing in King's blood. West Point has rejected Richard King and has discharged him into active duty. He's expected to deploy to Iraq or Afghanistan within six months. Richard King is sueing the over-weight racist hermaphrodite over the incident, but it is surely too late to save his career in either football or as an officer. In layman's terms he's pretty f#^&ed. If he dies in combat, is there anyone willing to make a noose wide enough to fit around her jowels?
