Muscle got really big?

Hi! so i have a muscle, i think its a muscle, from next to my hip to all the way to my blader bone.. its all on the right side.. everything else i can press down, but one muscle seems really big.. is it a muscle, is it something else?? colon, kidney? becuase im 12 and my parents cant afford a doctor..and im really skinny if that helps!
