I need a Case reference in GA. Court?

I was charged with obstruction of an officer because of an 80% hearing loss in my right ear and 60 % in the left. I didn't hear the trooper speaking to me, when I finally did, I repeated what he said to verify that was what I heard and he thought I was "MOCKING" him ! I can only assume this ! Is there an XX Vs. Yy case that I can refer too where a hearing impaired person was charged wrongfully because the person could not hear properly ! I have court in 3 hours ! Preliminary ! Thanks Thanks TIM
