I have hemorrhoids and I'm constipated?

I'm only 13 and I have an internal hemorrhoid in my colon. How do I get rid of this? And it interferes with me excreting my waste. It feels like I'm constipated, so it's hard for me to poop, ha ha. My hemorrhoid doesn't hurt or burn, well, sometimes it does. Mostly it's calm. How do I treat this? Please help? When I push, you can see the hemorrhoid from my colon. It's so embarrassing. =(
